At Samra Jewellery, we want you to cherish your fine jewelry pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved and bespoke creations are final sale and cannot be returned.

Contact our concierge team at [email protected] or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

Prepare the Package

Securely place your jewelry in its original Samra branded box along with all certificates of authenticity and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.

Ship the Item

Affix the pre-paid insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
